Having transitioned from a successful career as a sole trader, he brings a unique perspective and a personal, hands-on approach to his work.

As the Operations Manager of Paradigm 2 Empowerment, I bring a unique blend of passion for both people and numbers, along with a deep personal understanding of the NDIS. As a mother of a child with a disability, I have lived the journey firsthand, which gives me a valuable perspective on the challenges and opportunities our clients face.
With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for service, I thrive on creating efficient systems that support participants, providers, and our team alike. My role bridges the gap between strategic oversight and day-to-day execution ensuring compliance, clarity, and care are at the core of everything we do.
